Most of our efforts pertaining to this program involve studying new approaches and developing innovative ways to implement them. We evaluate our success in this field by gathering qualitative and quantitative data, and using that information to measure shifts and changes from our baseline measurements.

Most of our efforts pertaining to this program will involve studying new approaches and developing innovative ways to teach culinary arts. Our implementation of the Farm to Table curriculum will be inclusive of ServSafe Certification, which will ensure that our students are competitive in this growing field.
Students will gain access to healthy foods grown on site, as well as educational opportunities such as providing produce for the culinary program and the student cafe. Farm to school curriculum empowers students to make informed food choices while strengthening their knowledge of a healthy lifestyle.
